APC NATIONAL LEADERSHIP URGED TO PUT ITS HOUSE IN ORDER

National leadership of the All Progressives Congress, APC has been advised to reconcile aggrieved members of the party and stick to party constitution while making decisions to avoid losing in subsequent elections.
Some stakeholders of the party in the South-East Zone gave the advice while contributing to “Political Watch” a Radio Nigeria Enugu Zone political programme.

One of them, a member of the APC Legal team in Enugu State, Mr. Godwin Onwusi stated that the party was not having the best of time and attributed it to the alleged highhandedness of the National leadership of the party led by Comrade Adams Oshiomhole.

Mr. Onwusi maintained that most of their members were aggrieved over what he called undemocratic party primaries which made the APC to lose some of its controlled States to the opposition.

Another guest, the Secretary, Anambra South Senatorial District of the APC, Nze Nestor Okoro attributed the crises in the party to inability of some members to embrace change, claiming that the National Chairman was on the right track to reposition the party to win elections.

Nze Okoro also stressed the need for members irrespective of their status to show absolute loyalty to the party to maintain internal democratic system which the APC stood for.

Callers in the programme advised both the leadership and members of the party to put their house in order or stand to regret the outcome of the crisis now and in the future.
