IMO ASSEMBLY PLEDGES HARMONIOUS RELATIONSHIP WITH EXECUTIVE ARM

The Imo State House of Assembly says it will maintain the cordial relationship existing between the legislature and executive to fast-track development in the state.
The Speaker of the House, Chief Paul Emeziem, gave the assurance while speaking with journalists on the activities of the state government in the last one year.
He said the House had ensured strict compliance with the rule of law, noting that the executive arm of government had enshrined due process in transacting government businesses.
Mr. Emeziem expressed satisfaction with the quality of work done so far by the Governor Hope Uzodimma led administration and gave an assurance that the House would continue to support the executive to actualize its dreams.
