BAYELSA STATE RE-RUN ELECTION
Results of the Bayelsa state governorship election are now being collated at the state collation center in Jenagoa. this followed the conclusion of the supplementary election in the affected areas. the collation which began at midnight yesterday lasted for about two hours before the retuning officer for the election, Vice Chancellor, University of Calabar Professor Zana Akpagu, stopped the exercise and later resumed at 11am today.
Already, results from, Yenagoa, Kolokuma/Opokuma, Ogbia, Brass and Sagbama have been collated by the returning officer. other results being expected are that of Ekeremor, Southern Ijaw and Nembe local government area
