Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi State has called on Nigerian leaders to forget about 2023 General Election for now and focus on resolving agitations and security challenges that are pulling down the country.
He made the call at the distribution of forty Operational vehicles to security agencies at Government House Abakaliki.

The Governor directed Local Government Chairmen in the state to fish out all aggrieved youths for discussion, emphasising that he was ready to take their concerns to the appropriate quarters.
Governor Umahi said the state government was working to ensure that vigilantes were adequately equipped in all communities and urged the people of the state to protect themselves against attack by any armed group.
