EBONYI STATE GOVT ENDS ELECTION HOLIDAY, ANNOUNCES SCH RESUMPTION

Ebonyi State Government has ordered schools to reopen on March 13, 2023 for the completion of this term’s academic activities.
This followed three weeks break declared by both the state and the Federal Governments to enable students and teachers to participate in the general election.
A statement by the State Commissioner for Education, Dr. Sunday Nwangele, explained the resumption was in keeping with this year’s academic calendar.
The statement noted that the state Common Entrance Examination would hold on April 4 2023 while Easter weekend would commence on Wednesday 5th April till Monday 10th April 2023.
According to the statement, the 2nd term academic session shall start on Monday 24th April 2023.
