ROAD RECONSTRUCTION: IMO GOVT. SIGN MOU WITH JULIUS BERGER

Imo state government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with an International Construction Company (Julius Berger Nigeria) for the reconstruction of Owerri to Orlu and Owerri to Okigwe roads.

The Imo state Governor Senator Hope Uzodinma while signing the contract agreement with the company explained that the government has decided to give quality works to major roads and boost economy of the state.

Senator Uzodinma said his administration will do its best to ensure that the construction works are delivered within the shortest period of time.

The Governor appealed to communities involved to give necessary support to the company during the time of works to enable them succeed. The Regional Manager  of the company (Julius Bergar Nigeria) Mr. Juergen Fischer said the company will deliver and improve infrastructure in the state,

Mr. Fischer noted that he will develop a successful and fruitful cooperation with Imo state government
