REMAIN THANKFUL AND HOPEFUL IN THE NEW YEAR — BISHOP AGBO

The Anglican Bishop of Nsukka Diocese, the Right Reverend Aloysius Eze Agbo, has charged Nigerians to remain thankful to God despite the challenges of the year 2020.
Bishop Agbo gave the charge in a New Year message entitled: “God is our hope, the present help in time of trouble.”
The Bishop maintained that the challenges of 2020 taught the whole world that every other thing could fail except God.
The Rt. Rev. Agbo prayed God rejuvenate Nigeria’s economy, education and health sectors as well as change the country’s political system.
He also prayed God to help Nigerians confront the enormous challenges facing the citizens, expressing the belief that God could direct the affairs of the whole world.
The Anglican Bishop of Nsukka Diocese noted that it was by the grace of God that people saw 2021 and urged the faithful to remain hopeful and prayerful in the New Year.
