SOLUDO SWEARS IN TWO JUDGES IN ANAMBRA

Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has sworn in two new high court judges into the state Judiciary system.

They are Justice Tagbo Chinwuba Anieto and Justice Etomike Ndigwe.

During the ceremony at the State Executive Chamber Government House, Awka, Govenor Soludo explained that their appointment would help reduce the workload on judges and ensure quick dispensation of justice in Anambra State.

The Governor, while emphasizing on the importance of security, law and order, congratulated the newly sworn in judges and charged them to see their calling to public service as an opportunity to serve.

Earlier, the State Attorney General and Commisioner for Justice, Professor Sylvia Ifemeje, urged the newly sworn judges to embrace truth and integrity in dispensing justice to both the rich and the down trodden.

Also, the Chief Registrar Anambra State Judiciary, Chinyere Okoye, who presented the nominees to Governor Soludo, charged them with the core mandate of upholding the tenets of their profession .

The Chief judge of Anambra State, Justice Onochie Anyachelu, who recommended the judges to the Anambra State government, remarked that event would usher in swift dispensation of justice in the state.
