POLICE KILL ONE, ARRESTED THREE OTHER KIDNAP SUSPECTS IN ENUGU
One suspected armed robber has been killed and three others arrested during a gun battle between the Police at Trans-Ekulu, Enugu and the alleged hoodlums.
According to the Police Public Relations Officer Enugu State Command, Mr. Ebere Amaraizu, the suspected criminals who were armed with a pump action riffle met their waterloo when they allegedly went to rob occupants of a house situated at Onuakpa Street in Trans-Ekulu, Enugu.
The Trans-Ekulu Division of the Nigerian Police also rescued a seventy-six year old woman who was about being abducted by the suspected criminals.
