THIRTEEN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS RELIEVED OF THEIR APPOINMENTS IN IMO
Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has relieved thirteen top government officials of their appointments.
They are the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. George Eche, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr. Uche Nwosu, Principal Secretary to the Governor, Dr. Paschal Obi, Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations, Mr. Kingsley Uju and Commissioner for Information, Professor Nnamdi Obiareri among other Commissioners and Special Advisers.
Statements signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Sam Onwuemeodo notes that the action is to enable the affected officials pursue their political aspirations ahead of Twenty nineteen general election.
The statement wishes the appointees well in their aspirations.
