SENATOR AYOGUEZE REJECTS COURT RULING DISQUALIFYING HIM AS APC GUBER CANDIDATE IN ENUGU STATE

Senator AyoguEze has rejected the judgment by a Federal High Court sitting in Abuja which disqualified him as the All Progressives Congress, APC governorship candidate in Enugu State.

Reacting to the judgment, Senator Eze said the development was the handwork of elements of the opposition in APC whose aim was to derail the victory of the party in Enugu State in the coming elections.

He urged his teeming supporters to remain calm and focused as the court judgment would not stand the test of time.

Senator Eze said he would not be distracted by the judgment as he was going on with his campaign to ensure that all APC candidates in the State and President Muhammadu Buhari were victorious.

The Chief spokesman for Senator AyoguEze Governorship Campaign Organization, Mr. Okey Ezirigwe said the group was on with its campaign programme despite the court judgment.

He stated that steps were being taken to discharge what he described as obvious miscarriage of justice within the next couple of days.

Senator Ezein spite of the court judgment inaugurated his campaign council yesterday in Enugu.
