ROCHAS MOURNS THE DEATH OF FACTIONAL APC CHAIRMAN

Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State has placed a ₦20 million for anyone with useful information on how to unravel those behind the killing of the APC factional Chairman in Ideato North Local Government Area of the state, Mr. Sunny Ejeagu.

In a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Sam Onwuemeodo, the Governor said the measure was to further ensure that the perpetrators of the act did not go unpunished.

He expressed grief over the alleged assassination of late Ejeagu, whom he described as a man loved by many. Governor Okorocha expressed regret over what he described as a recurrent killing in Ideato North during electioneering and vowed to ensure that the assailants were brought to book.

The Governor commiserated with the family of the deceased and pledged the support of the government during this period of trial.
