The delegation led by the National Chairman of the Party, Mr. Uche Secondus at the Enugu residence of the Late Pioneer Chairman of PDP, urged the family to take fortitude in the legacies of the late party chieftain.
He assured them of the party’s support during the upcoming burial of the former Vice President.
The party’s Board of Trustee Chairman, Senator Wali Jibrin, described the late Ekwueme as a peace loving man.
Responding, the daughter of Late Chief Ekwueme, Mrs. Rita Onyekwelu-Ekwueme commended the delegation for the visit.
Enugu State Governor, Chief Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi; a former Governor of Enugu State, Chief Okwesilieze Nwodo; the PDP flag bearer last year’s governorship election in Anambra State, Chief Oseloka Obaze were among the delegation.
