OHANEZE NDIGBO LOSES PG

The President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo Worldwide, Professor George Obiozor is dead.
He was aged Eighty.
A statement signed by the Governor of Imo State, Senator Hope Uzodimma, said the former Nigerian Ambassador to the United States and the State of Isreal died during a brief illness.
Governor Uzodimma, who expressed sadness over the passing of the South East leader, said Nigeria and the international community would miss the wise counsel and intellectual contributions of the Professor Obiozor.
Governor Uzodimma, while praying for the respose of the soul of the diplomat, stated that funeral arrangement for the late President General of Ohaneze Ndigbo would be announced in due course by the family.
