Dr Uduma stated this while addressing traditional rulers from Bende Local Government Area of the state on the occasion of The Change Begins with Me campaign on Preservation and Protection of Public Asset and Critical Infrastructure.
Dr Uduma said that the wanton destruction and non protection of public assets by the citizens had continued to impede national growth and development.
She stressed on the need to inculcate in people the habit of eschewing waste, abhorring vandalism and destruction as well as scorning indiscipline in its ramification.

The State Director, NOA later paid a courtesy visit to the Commandant, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Abia state, Dr Benito Eze where the NSCDC boss appreciated the sensitization campaign describing it as very apt.
