Governor Uzodimma made the appeal while declaring open the 2023 law week in Owerri the Imo State capital.

He advocated the revalidation and
reaccreditation of lawyers to ensure
that practising lawyers are licensed.

He deried the way lawyers request for adjournment of cases and their untidy filing of cases resulting in delay of Justice.

Earlier, the Chairman 2023 NBA Owerri Law Week committee, Mr. Jude Nnodum, said the profession was the lubricant of every organised system of government.
