ENUGU STATE POLICE COMMAND GETS A NEW IGP OF SENIOR POLICE X-SQUAD

spector General of Senior Police X-Squad has been posted to Enugu Sate police command and he is Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Mr. Ayodeji Faniyan.
According to a statement by the Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ebere Amarizu, Mr. Faniyan relieved Mr. John Babangida, who has been redeployed to Cross River state as ACP IGP X-squad.
Mr. Amarizu noted that the Inspector General of Police X-Squad is one of the police internal accountability mechanisms that ensure that officers and men are accountable to their action and inaction.
He also said that they deal with cases of unprofessional conduct against members of the public and ensure that erring personnel are brought to book amongst others.
