CONSTRUCTION WORK ON SECOND NIGER BRIDGE TO BE COMPLETED SOON
The construction work on the Second Niger Bridge will soon be completed as work has reached forty four point six percent.
The Federal Controller of works in Anambra State, Mr Innocent Alumonah, confirmed the progress of work on the bridge that is linking Asaba in Delta State and Onitsha in Anambra State.
Mr. Alumonah said the construction firm, had also completed about eighty five piles of 914 millimeter in diameter in different axis.
He said the contract for the early work stage was awarded in October 2016 while work commenced in November 2017.
