DO NOT SABOTAGE MY GOVT — UZODIMMA WARNS CIVIL SERVANTS
REPORTER: CHUKWUKA AGUKWE
Imo State Governor, Chief Hope Uzodimma, says the administration will soon commence the distribution of bags of rice as palliatives to alleviate the sufferings from the removal of fuel subsidy.
He stated this during a working visit to the Imo civil servants at the State Secretariate Owerri.
Chief Uzodimma Urged them to remain focused in their duties and resist any temptation to sabotage the efforts of government.
The Governor noted that arrangements were ongoing for the payment of gratuity and other benefits to the retired civil servants.
Earlier, the Head of Service, Mr. Raymond Ucheoma, commended the Governor for redeeming his promises to Imo State workers and assured him of their unalloyed support to enable him to succeed.
