PETER OBI VOTES, CALLS FOR BUILDING OF BETTER NIGERIA

The Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party (LP), Mr. Peter Obi, says this is the time for citizens to come together and build a better nation.
Mr. Obi stated this shortly after casting his vote at polling unit 019, ward Two, Amatutu village, Agulu in Anaocha Local Government Area of Anambra State.
He said the call became imperative as the nation was confronted with numerous challenges to be tackled.
Mr. Obi said he had the Physical and mental capacity to solve the problems confronting the country.
According to the Labour Party Presidential candidate, if there was any candidate others should step down for, it should be him.
He noted that the BVAS was working well in his polling unit but expressed the hope that it would also perform effectively in other parts of the country.
The Labour Party Presidential candidate described security as paramount to national development, stressing that achieving it required pulling citizens out of poverty.
Mr. Obi called on stakeholders to join hands together to ensure the strengthening of the democratic process in the country.
Radio Nigeria observed that there was large turn out of voters within Agulu, while the BVAS at polling units 019 and 023 were working efficiently.
