IMO GETS NEW CHIEF JUDGE, PRESIDENT OF CUSTOMARY COURT OF APPEAL

Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has advised judges in the state to be dedicated and dispense justice with the fear of God.
He gave the advice in Owerri at the swearing-in of Chief Judge of Imo State, Justice Theresa Chikeka; the President Customary Court Of Appeal Imo State Judiciary, Justice Victor Okorie; and other seven new judges.
Senator Uzodinma, who said the the expectations of the people were very high, also appealed to judicial officers to maintain the slogan that the judiciary is the last hope of a common Man.
Responding on behalf of other judges, Imo State new Chief Judge, Justice Theresa Chikeka, promised to abide by the code of conducts and lead Imo State judiciary to enviable height.
