Egypt Women’s Volleyball Team Qualify For Rio Olympics
Egypt Women’s national beach volleyball team have qualified for the Rio 2016 Olympics after winning the AVB Continental Cup held in Nigeria, by beating Rwanda 2-1 in the final.
The Egyptians got to the final after defeating Morocco in the group stages and stunned host Nigeria the All African Games gold medalists 2-1 in the semi-final.
With this win, Egypt secured the African spot in the upcoming Olympics games in Brazil.
