INEC TOLD TO EDUCATE ELECTORATE ON VOTING RIGHTLY
President Muhammadu Buhari wants the Independent National Electoral Commission and other stakeholders to educate the electorate on voting rightly and shunning violence during and after elections.
President Buhari made the call while speaking with newsmen at Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport Abuja after returning from London, United Kingdom, having completed his ten day working vacation.
He noted that every Nigerian had the right to join any political party or association without molestation as it was the beauty of democracy.
President Buhari stated that the electorate had the right to vote candidates of their choice and reiterated his resolve to fighting corruption in the polity.
