Enugu Rangers Used This Trailer For Their Trophy Parade

enugu-rangerso1 Coaching crew as well as players of the Nigerian Professional Football League champions Enugu Rangers were on the streets of Enugu Saturday, October 15, to celebrate their title after winning it for the first time in 32 years.

The Flying Antelopes defeated El-Kanemi Warriors 4 – 0 in their last match of the 2015/2016 season to claim the title again having last won it in 1984.

It was celebration galore in the East, as the club supporters as well as well wishers danced their way through the city for their fans to catch a glimpse of the trophy.

However, the mode with which the event took place amazed fans as the team members were conveyed in an open lorry and many have condemned the idea saying it is embarrassing for the status of the club.

Rangers however apologized to their fans through their Twitter handle: “We are sincerely sorry for the embarrassment  during our victory parade. God bless you all,” the club tweeted.
