ENUGU APC CHIRMAN LAUDS BUHARI’S RE-ELECTION DECLARATION

The Chairman, All Progressives Congress (APC) in Enugu State, Dr. Ben Nwoye has described President Muhammadu Buhari’s declaration to run in the next year’s Presidential election as a good omen for Nigerians and the good of the nation’s democracy.

Dr. Nwoye stated this in a telephone interview with Radio Nigeria in Enugu.

He noted that the President Buhari led administration had recorded tremendous achievements in the country.

According to Dr Nwoye, these are evident in the areas of infrastructure development, security, human empowerment, fight against corruption and economic recovery.

He advised Nigerians to be patient with APC and support President Buhari in his quest to take the country to a greater height.

Meanwhile, President Buhari yesterday announced his intention to re-contest for the Presidential election under APC, during the National Executive Council meeting of the Party in Abuja.
