APC IN ABIA STATE CONGRATULAES JKF ON HIS VICTORY AT EKITI GUBER POLL

The All Progressives Congress, APC in Abia State has congratulated Dr Kayode Fayemi on his victory at the Ekiti State Gubernatorial election  conducted over the weekend.

Speaking with newsmen in Umuahia, the Chairman of the Party, Chief  Donatus Nwakpa described it as the people’s victory over propaganda  and bad governance.

He noted that through the victory, the people of Ekiti State had demonstrated their determination to usher in a good and credible leader who would take the State to greater height.

Chief Nwankpa commended the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, for conducting a peaceful and credible poll in the State.

On the recent coalition by some Political Parties to wrestle power from APC led government at the national level, Chief Nwankpa described it as a futile movement that could not withstand the test of time.

He called on Nigerians, irrespective of tribe or party affiliations to join hands with President Muhammadu Buhari in the fight against corruption and insecurity in the country.
