FRSC REWARDS STAFF FOR GOOD PERFORMANCE

Officers and men of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) have been told to continue to discharge their duties professionally and effectively.

The Zonal Commander FRSC, Enugu Zonal Command, Mr. Samuel Obayemi gave the advice in a message to an award ceremony organized by the FRSC, 9th Mile Enugu Unit Command for its deserving personnel.

Represented by the Zonal Head, Policy, Research, and Statistics of the Command, Mr. Moses Okhihan, the Zonal Commander maintained that the primary duty of the Corps was to ensure sanity on the nation’s roads.

He commended 9thMile Command for the dedication to duty by its personnel.

In a remark, the Unit Commander, FRSC 9th Mile Unit Command, Mr. Joel Enwereuzo, said that the event was aimed at rewarding excellence among the personnel and spur others to work harder.

Some of the award recipients, Mr. Aliyu Shuaibu who bagged the best patrol officer, Mr. Godwin Otuu- best Marshal Officer and Mr. Barth Agu, best Special Marshal Officer for 2017, promised to do more.

In all, 21 members of staff f the Unit Command were recognized for outstanding performance.
