CHRISTMAS: COMPLETE ABANDON PROJECTS, RESTORE PEACE IN EHA AMUFU — ARCHBISHOP CHUKWUMA APPEALS

As Christians the world over celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, the Archbishop of Enugu Ecclesiastical Province and the Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Anglican Communion, the Most Reverend Emmanuel Chukwuma, has urged Nigerians not to lose hope but always remain steadfast despite the challenges confronting the country.
The Most Reverend Chukwuma who stated this in a message during Christmas service, charged Christians to spread love and forgive one another, stressing that love remained the bedrock of Christianity.
While urging Nigerians to intensify their prayers for the birth of a new country, the Anglican Archbishop appealed for the completion of projects by the government, such as roads in the South-East and to urgently provide the needs of the people.
Lamenting the gruesome murder at Eha-Amufu, the Arch Bishop further emphasized the need to make Nigeria peaceful for all to live in, and called on security agencies to rise up to their mandates and restore normalcy in the area.
