The Special Assistant to the State Governor on Sustainable Development Goals, Dr. Ngozi Obichukwu, who led the team explained that the project was conceptualized in line with SDG 3 to render secondary and tertiary health services to the people.
Dr. Obichukwu noted that there were other projects being undertaken by the SDG office in the state, including boreholes being drilled in Ebonyi North and Central zones as well as renovation of some primary schools.
