GOV OTTI WARNS AIDES AGAINST CORRUPTION

Newly inaugurated political Aides in Abia State have been charged to bring in their wealth of experience to take the state to the desired level.
The political Aides are two Special Advisers, Chairman of Abia State Civil Service Commission and the Management of Boards of Parastatals and Agencies of government.
Inaugurating the aides at the Government House , Umuahia, Governor Alex Otti, advised them to work closely with the development partners, and highlighted the commitment of his government to excellence in service delivery.
He reiterated that his administration had zero tolerance for corruption and admonished them to shun corrupt practices.
In their separate responses on behalf of the newly inaugurated appointees, the Chairman, Civil Service Commission, Dr. Eno Jerry-Eze and the Chief Medical Director, Abia State Specialist Hospital and Diagnostic centre, Dr. Chimezie Okwuonu expressed gratitude to the governor for giving them the opportunity to serve the state.
They gave an assurance of bringing in their expertise to bear in the discharge of their duties.
