MAINTAIN YOUR FATHER’S LEGACIES— SOLUDO COMMISERATES WITH MBADINUJU FAMILY

Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State, has commiserated with the family of Dr. Chinwoke Mbadinuju, first Executive Governor of the state, who passed on Tuesday April 11, 2023 at the age of seventy-eight.

Governor Soludo, who had consoled the family, also sympathised with Uli Community in Ihiala Local Government Area as well as the entire people of the state for the loss.

The Governor noted that the late Mbadinuju, popularly called Odera, would be fondly remembered for passing a law that created the Anambra State Vigilante Services, establishing Anambra State University, Uli, among other legacy projects.

The Chief Press Secretary to Governor Soludo, Mr. Christian Aburime, in a statement said Governor Soludo asked the family to ensure that his legacies were sustained while praying that the Almighty God to grant his soul eternal rest!

The demise of the former governor was announced by his son, Mr. Cheta Chinwoke Mbadinuju on behalf of the family.

The Late Mbadinuju was elected Anambra State Governor for a four year term on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) between May 29, 1999 and May 29, 2003.
