FACTIONAL APC CHAIRMAN BERATES PARTY’S RECONCILIATORY COMMITTEE
A factional Chairman of the All Progressives Party (APC) in Enugu State, Deacon Okey Ogbodo has described the visit of the APC Reconciliatory Committee to the State as an exercise in futility.
Deacon Ogbodo stated this while addressing newsmen on the outcome of the committee’s visit to the state.
He stated that the committee led by the Governor of Kano State, Alhaji Abdulahi Ganduje, did not take cognizance of different factions by not extending invitation to their leaders in the state.
Deacon Ogbodo claimed that he remained the authentic Chairman of the party in the state, based on the outcome of the APC convention in the state.
Deacon Ogbodo appealed to members of the party to remain calm and law abiding.
