The President arrived Kaduna International Airport at about 47 minutes past 7 this morning amidst jubilation from the people.
He was received on arrival by the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Sarnabas Yusuf Bala, top government officials and security chiefs.
President Buhari left the country on nineteenth January for a vacation in London and was scheduled to return to work on sixth February.
He said his visit to United Kingdom would include some medical checks.
However, a day to his resumption, he requested for an extension of his holiday, following the recommendation of his doctors that he wait for further tests and rest.
Yesterday, President Buhari received the Archbishop of Canterbury, The Most Reverend Justin Welby who came to say goodbye.
Nigerians had been praying for his quick recovery and safe return.
