COAL CITY FM ENUGU FINAL ROAD SHOW TRAIN STORMS PARTS OF ENUGU
The final road show marking the rebranding of Coal City FM Enugu has been held in some parts of the metropolis. Just as the other road shows, members of staff of the Station created awareness by distributing fliers. Day three of the road shows took members of staff to strategic points and streets. The train took off from the Broadcasting House through New Market, GRA, New Haven, Abakpa axis, Trans Ekulu then back to the Station.
Members of the public were informed about the new Coal City FM which will feature all talk, all sport, all news as well as an event centre which has one thousand two hundred and fifty seater hall at Sam Nwaneri Event Centre. The Zonal Director, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria Enugu National station, Mr. Ike Okere assured Coal City FM audience that Radio Nigeria was ready to serve the people better with the new innovation.
Mr. Okere while highlighting the importance of the rebranding project, promised that it would be of great benefit to all gender irrespective of age.
A former General Manager of Coal City FM, Mrs. Loveth Chieze and a retired Assistant Director Marketing, Mr. Godwin Ihedigbo, pointed out that the re-branding would take the Station to a greater height and encouraged members of staff to give the best to the listeners.
The rebranded Coal City took off at five o’clock this morning with the maiden edition of the breakfast show tagged “Coal City Express.”
