
FC IFEANYI UBA FATE ON THE BALANCE AS 2015/2016 NPFL KICKS OF NEXT WEEK
The fate of FC Ifeanyi Uba participating in this season’s Nigeria Premier League which kicks off next Saturday hangs in the balance as a Fed High court sitting in Awka has granted an injunction restraining the club from taking part in the League pending the determination of a substantive suit instituted against them by 2 Directors of Gabros Int of Nnewi alleging underhand dealing by Chief Ifeanyi Ubah and Chief Gabriel Chukwumah in the alleged transfer and change of name of the club.
The Court presided over by Mr. Justice I,B Gaffai also restrained the LMC from allowing FC Ifeanyi Uba from further participation in the coming league, case adjourned till the 17th of February for continuation. The two directors are Ifeanyi and Innocent Chukwumah.
