Enyimba FC Progress Into Group Stage Of CAF Champions League
Enyimba Football Club has progressed into the group stage of the CAF Champions League at the expense of Tunisian club, Etoile du Sahel.
Etoile cancelled the 3-0 first leg deficit but the peoples Elephant Enyimba went through after winning 4-3 in a penalty shoot-out.
Meanwhile two times CAF Champions Enyimba FC will know her opponents in the group phase of the continental show piece tournament on the 24th of May.
The draw ceremony will take place at the headquarters of the confederation of African football in Cairo, Egypt.
Other African teams that advanced include. The duo of Al Ahly and Zamalek of Egypt, Zesco United of Zambia, Wydad Casablanca of Morocco, AS Vita Club of DR Congo, ES Setif of Algeria and Asec Mimosa of Cote d’voire.
