PDP THUMBS UP FOR NDI ENUGU FOR THEIR MASSIVE SUPPORT IN LAST ELECTIONS

The People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Enugu State has expressed appreciation to the people of the State for their support to the party in last Saturday’s Presidential and National Assembly elections.

In a statement, the Director of Communication of the party, Mr. Nana Ogbodo said because of the overwhelming support of the people, the party was able to record a remarkable victory in the exercise.

Mr. Ogbodo also urged the people of the State to come out en-mass and demonstrate a greater support for the party in the Gubernatorial and House of Assembly elections on ninth March 2019.

According to him, a support to the State Governor, Chief Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi in his re-election will be an expression of gratitude for his commitment and sacrifice which has imparted positively on the lives of the citizens of the State.

He therefore encouraged the people and supporters of the party to remain law abiding and shun acts that could truncate the peace and security in the State.
