SOUTH EAST MEETING OF APC – marginalized was merely speculations – Gov. Hope Uzodinma

Imo state Governor Senator Hope Uzodinma says the call that the South East region of the country are marginalized was merely speculations, stressing that the region are part and parcel of federal government integration. Senator Uzodinma stated this in Owerri shortly after a meeting with leaders of south east All Progressives Congress chaired by Senator Ken Nnamani.

He explained that the federal government projects targeted at the region are welcome development to alleviate the people from poverty and create wealth. Senator Uzodinma mentioned that Ndigbo must unite to support the administration of president  Muhammadu Buhari for national development.

The Minister of Labour and Productivity Senator Chris Ngige reassured the south eastern part of the country more dividends of democracy and urged them to have faith as federal government have embarked on numerous projects in the zone.

The meeting was attended by serving ministers of the zone as well as deputy governor of imo state Professor Placid Njoku.
