POLICE COMMAND IN ENUGU ASSURES NIMBO/ADANI COMMUNITIES OF THEIR SAFETY

The Enugu State Command of the Nigeria Police Force has assured members of the Public, particularly good people ofNimbo/Adani in Uzo-uwani Local Government Area, Enugu State  and its environs of their safety and security following its renewed onslaught against crime and criminality in the area.

In the renewed fight against crime which began after on the spot assessment of the area by the Enugu State Commissioner of Police, Mr Danmallam Mohammed, no fewer than fifteen suspects have been nabbed in the area.

The arrest was sequel to criminal activities in a forest identified as MALAYSIA FOREST that allegedly harbour suspected hoodlums.

According to the Commissioner of Police, the ongoing operation at NIMBO/ADANI, Uzo-uwani is aimed at making the entire area safe

and will be sustained.

Suspects arrested during the ongoing operation are helping the Command in its investigations.

Following intelligence information, the Command’s  Operatives moved into action in the area earlier this week and arrested many suspected hoodlums who were allegedly torn  on the flesh of members of the Public within the community and its environs.
