CHAIRMAN OF NSE VISITS PACESETTER FM UMUAHIA

Pace-setter-FMThe need to take fire prevention measures into consideration in the design and construction of critical structures such as Radio Stations has been emphasised.

The Chairman, Nigeria Society of Engineers, Umuahia branch, Mr. Victor Ihediwa made the point when he visited Radio Nigeria Pacesetter FM, Umuahia.

Mr Ihediwa regretted the fire incident which recently gutted the station and suggested more advanced approaches towards fire prevention during reconstruction of the building.

The NSE chairman in Umuahia pledged the professional support of the organisation in the effort being made to bring the station back on air.

Responding, the General Manager of Radio Nigeria Pacesetter FM, Mazi Fidelis Onoh, thanked the NSE chairman and his delegation for the visit, noting that the management of FRCN was intensifying effort to bring the station back on air this month.

Mazi Onoh assured them of the preparedness of Pacesetter FM to continue serving the needs of all segments of the society when it comes back on air.
