ENSUBEB Staff Multi Purpose Co-operative Society Limited says it has about six hundred percolated plots of land for sale at ONUOGBA-NIKE in Enugu State Nigeria.

The Chairman, ENSUBEB Staff Multi Purpose Co-operative Society Limited, Mr. ANTHONY OMEGU made this known in an interview with Radio Nigeria.

The land which is at EKE-OBINAGU, beside NNPC Depot along Enugu – Abakaliki Express is approved by the Government and sells for one point six Million Naira per a plot with about six hundred square – meters measurement.

According to MR. OMEGU, the ENSUBEB Estate, is purely for residential purpose and has spaces for shopping malls, Hotels, Markets, Schools and recreational Centers.

It is partitioned in three parts namely Bungalows, Duplexes and Flats which will not be more than two Story building.

BEN OKUGO noted that the land is just about five minutes drive from Enugu International Air-Port and encouraged those interested to pick a form with five thousand Naira.
