DEMOCRACY DAY: GOV UZODIMMA APPEALS FOR PERSEVERANCE

Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, has urged Nigerians to remain committed to the tenets of democracy, and support the policies of President Bola Tinubu’s government geared towards ensuring better living.

Governor Hope Uzodimma in his goodwill message to mark this year’s democracy day appealed to Nigerians to persevere despite the challenges facing the country.

He maintained that the “25 years of unbroken democracy in Nigeria is headed on the path of irreversible economic growth and greatness.”

The Governor reiterated his commitment to the reconstruction, rehabilitation and recovery of Imo State’s infrastructure in such a manner that the people would be proud of their State and the government

Governor Uzodimma pledged to remain transparent and accountable in the governance of Imo State and ensure active participants in the governance of the state.
