COOPERATE WITH CONTRACTORS TO DELIVER ROAD PROJECTS ON TIME — OTTI TELLS ABA RESIDENTS

Residents of Aba, the commercial nerve center of Abia State, have been urged to cooperate with the contractors handling road projects in the city to enable them deliver on record time.

Governor Alex Otti, who gave the advice while inspecting some roads undergoing rehabilitation in the area, expressed satisfaction with the progress of work on the Port Harcourt Road and other areas.

He gave an assurance to the people that Omuma Road, would be dualized and linked to the Old Express Road, Cemetery and Osusu roads to improve economic and vehicular movement.

According to the Governor, there will be a marked difference on the road before the commencement of the rainy season.

Governor Otti, who was accompanied on the inspection by the state Commissioner for Works, Mr. Otumchere Otti, enjoined investors to make haste to invest in Aba to enhance their economic fortunes.
