JUSTICE UHUO TAKES OVER AS CUSTOMARY COURT OF APPEAL PRESIDENT IN EBONYI

Justice Patrick Uhuo of Ebonyj Stata High Court has been sworn in as the President Customary Court of Appeal in the State.
At the event held at the Government House Abakaliki, Governor David Umahi explained that Justice Uhuo was sworn in on acting capacity following the demise of former President of the Court of Appeal, Justice O’ Connel Ogbonna.
He charged the new President to continue to assist the Chief Judge in the implementation of their statutory mandate as the third arm of the government.
In a reaction, the Acting President of the Customary Court of Appeal, Justice Uhuo described his appointment as a solemn moment and promised to do more in the dispensation of justice to the people of the state.
