BREAKING: GUNMEN KIDNAP METHODIST PRELATE IN ABIA

The Prelate of the Methodist Church Nigeria, Dr. Samuel Uche, has been kidnapped by unknown gunmen.
Information had it that the Prelate was kidnapped on the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway, in Umunneochi Local Government Area axis of Abia State.
He was kidnapped alongside the Methodist Bishop of Owerri, the Rt. Revd. Dennis Mark, and the Prelate’s Chaplain.
According to information gathered, the clergymen were kiddnapped on Sunday afternoon while they were on their way from a programme in the council area.
When contacted on telephone, the Police Public Relations Officer Abia State Command, Mr. Geoffrey Ogbonna, confirmed the incident saying that efforts were on top gear to rescue the Prelate and other priests with him.
