FG Has Pledged To Reduce Auto Crashes On The Nations High Ways

Nigerians are assured of the Federal Government Commitment towards reducing auto crashes on the nations high ways.

The secretary to the Federal Government, represented by the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Policy and Analysis, Alhaji Ibrahim Hassan gave the assurance at the opening  of a two day conference organized by Federal Road Safety Corps in Enugu declaring the workshop open, Alhaji Hassan emphasized that the Federal Government was to support FRSC with necessary logistics and increased personnel for the realization of its goals.

He stressed that a number of policies have been developed towards improving the condition of roads in the country soon.

in a remark, the Corps Marshall, Boboye Oyeyemi explained that the aim of the workshop was to build the capacity of top Officers to ensure efficient performance of their duties.

The Enugu State Commander Mr Kenneth Nwadegbe challenged participants to make best use of the knowledge acquired in their various unit commands.
