ABIA STATE RECALLS SACKED NON INDIGENOUS WORKERS
The abia state govrnment says it has paid the salaries of recalled non indigenous employess that were sacked by the previous administration.
The commissioner for finanance in the state, Mr Obinna Oriaku made this known in an interview with Radio Nigeria corresspondent in Umuahia.
He noted that out of about four thousand workers that were disengaged over two hundred of them have been fully reintegrated into the civil service system.
Mr Oriaku explained that the process of recalling the workers that were sacked began towards the end of the last administration.
