ABIA STATE EXCO DiSSOLVED, 6 MEMBERS RETAINED
Governor Okezie Ikpeazu of Abia State has directed the immediate dissolution of the State Executive Council.
In a statement signed by the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor, Mr. Enyinnaya Appollos, six Commissioners were not affected by the dissolution.
They include, Chief
Eziuche Ubani, Commissioner for Works, Chief John Okiyi Kalu, Commissioner for Information, Dr Aham Uko, Commissioner for Environment, Mr Obinna Oriaku, Commissioner for Finance, Dr. John Ahukannah, Commissioner for Health and
Chief Umeh Kalu, Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice.
The statement directed the out going Commissioners to hand over to Permanent Secretaries in their ministries. It also thanked them for their service to the State.
