82 DIVISION NIGERIAN ARMY CONDUCTS 2019 RANGE CLASSIFICATION EXERCISE
The Eighty Two Division Nigerian Army says it will be conducting this year’s Range Classification Exercise in line with the Nigerian Army 2019 training.
The Exercise which began on Tuesday will end on Saturday this week.
A statement by the Deputy Director Army Public Relations, Eighty Two Division, Colonel Aliyu Yusuf indicates that the exercise is an annual routine training activity to appraise personnel effectiveness in weapon handling and firing efficiency, thereby providing the required platform for better professional competence.
The statement further notes that movement of troops to and from the exercise area as well as sounds of gun shots are to be expected.
It advises the public to go about their daily activities without panic as it is a normal routine exercise.
