MY ADMINISTRATION WILL SUPPORT YOU ACTUALISE YOUR POTENTIALITIES— UZODIMMA TELLS CORPS MEMBERS

Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State says his administration will create the necessary atmosphere needed for for youths to actualize their potentialities.
He gave the assurance in a message to the opening of this year’s National Youth Service Corps Batch B Stream One Orientation course at Eziama Obaire in Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State.
The Governor noted that technology presents great opportunity for youths to develop their skills and attain self reliance hence efforts must be geared towards assisting corps members to achieve economic emancipation.
Governor Uzodimma represented by the Commissioner for Youth Development and Talent Hunt, Dr. Emeka Ukaegbu, however urged the corps members to be patriotic, adding that the NYSC has remained a strong pillar of national integration.
The State Coordinator of the Scheme, Mrs. Rachel Idaewor, also encouraged the corps members to remain disciplined and imbibe the spirit of selflessness in the service to the nation.
1,369 corps members, comprising 542 males and 827 females, took oath of allegiance during the ceremony.
